Terms of Service

TAMA (tama.smartdsp.pro) is operated by Smart DSP Services Audio par Elliott Sebag (Québec, Canada). By using TAMA you agree to these terms.

What TAMA is

TAMA is a community music-discovery catalogue. We do not host or stream audio: players shown on TAMA are embedded from third-party services (such as Bandcamp, Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud or Apple Music) and are governed by those services' own terms.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You must be at least 14 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live). You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.

Your contributions

Reviews, recommendations, wiki edits, lists and submissions you post remain yours. You grant TAMA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt (e.g. format or translate) and distribute them on TAMA and in promoting TAMA. Factual catalogue edits (bios, credits, links) may be edited by others, as on a wiki.

Opinions expressed by users are their own. TAMA does not endorse, and is not responsible for, user-generated content.

Release submissions

Any member can add a release that is missing from the catalogue. When you do, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be declined, for example for AI-generated content presented as human-made, plagiarism, spam or inaccurate metadata. We will tell you why.

Content rules

Follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content, hide reviews, restrict or close accounts at our discretion, especially to protect other users, artists or rights holders. Moderation actions are logged.

Cover art and embeds

Cover images are shown in low resolution for identification purposes only. Rights holders can ask us to remove any material via the takedown form.

No warranty; liability

TAMA is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for content provided by users or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Québec consumer protection law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will note the date below; significant changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada; courts of the judicial district of Montréal have jurisdiction, subject to your consumer rights.
